This is Elvis, a true SURVIVOR!!! Elvis has one of the saddest stories we've ever heard!! He was living under an old couch in a field for over a year, his owners moved and carelessly just tossed him in the field to fend for himself against the elements. Some of the neighbors that lived around the field put trash bags on the old couch when it rained so Elvis wouldn't get wet but no one wanted to give him a home. When the story was heard by two of our kind hearted volunteers they went out to the field every day for weeks to try and help Elvis, and finally one day they were able to rescue him and bring him to BARC!!! Elvis is now a loving, and affectionate guy who again has trust in humans waiting to find his forever home he so desperately wants and deserves!!!
