Little Lucy is a great dog who gets along fine with other dogs. She loves kids and most people. She is shy at first but really REALLY opens up once she trusts you. She does fine on a leash . She will definitely need a family who understands and knows how to deal with a Jack Russell, as that is her basic terrier personality. She is mostly house trained, she may need to be reacquainted with her new surroundings. She knows how to use a doggy door and uses it pretty frequently. She loves to play with toys and balls, and this will be a very important part of keeping her happy. A busy terrier is a happy terrier! She just wants to be loved loved LOVED!!! She is such a lover and cuddle bug! She needs a family who will have a lot of patience and give her some time to train her some basic inside etiquette. She does really well in the house considering where she came from; she was found as a stray. She does fine in the car and does great at the vet. She will make someone such a great pet if they will take the time to earn her trust. She doesn't even beg at the dinner table! No cats or small pets that run loose please. We really want to find this girl a good home, she deserves it!
