Update - 6/21/07 - Boots & Whiskey's previous owner is moving and decided she couldn't take them with her. Poor babies. They are looking for yet another new home. They really need a secure home this time where they can settle in and stay. All this moving around is not good at all for them.

6/08/06 - Meet Boots and Whiskey. They are littermates and need to be adopted together, as a pair.
Whiskey is male, 5 months old and such a sweetie. He loves to play fetch, can sit up, sit, lie down, and roll over. He loves to play outside and go for walks and gets along great with any other dogs. He likes to chase kitties so a no kitty household would probably be better. He is a little shy at first but is a complete lap dog once he warms up to you. He is fine around older children and is fine around younger children once he gets a chance to get used to them. He needs a family who can spend time training him and has a lot of love and time to give. He has BOUNDS of energy and will need a family who understands a Jack Russell personality. He will need some basic obedience training but is so smart he will be very easy to train.
Boots is female, 5 months old, littermate to Whiskey. She is very independent and a bit shyer than Whiskey at first. She loves to play fetch, chase toys, play in the water and chase bugs. She also gets along with other dogs, older children, and younger children when she is given a chance to adjust to them. She loves to lie in the sun, go for walks and sleep in your lap. She is such a love bug and would rather be in your lap than doing anything else. She will need some basic obedience training but knows how to sit and beg. She also is VERY energetic, but is a digger so someone who has a secure brick wall is a must!
