Josie is a 2 year old border terrier.  She was brought to BARC after having an acciental litter in the high desert.  She was left in a cage in the HOT sun without water with her babies.  She is a bit shy at first but SUCH a good girl! She is living in a foster home and doing fantastic!!!!  She does great with kids and other dogs.
