Poor Ozzy was dumped in a high kill shelter and abandoned. He is a beautiful young male terrier with a black, Curly silky coat. He was rescued by a Barc staff member just shortly before he was to be euthanized. He is a very sweet friendly little dog who gets along well with dogs.
