It was with sadness that Russell's owner brought him to BarcBmdr Pet Rescue to find a new forever home. His owner's homeowner threatened to cancel his lease if he did not surrender Russell. Russell is a very sweet, happy 3 1/2 year old little terrier who loves everyone and does well with other dogs.
