Meet Kaitlyn. Now, we’re gonna send you a nickel if you can correctly guess how many new born kitten she has pictured here with her. O.K. times up! Our sweet momma cat is taking very good care of her 4 new kittens. Kaitlyn is in a foster home now and lives quite happily in just one room of the house with her kittens, however we are hoping someone can take her in where she and the kittens will have a little more “hands-on” affection from loving humans. The kittens are only 2 weeks old now and will not be ready to be adopted for another 6 weeks. If you would like to foster Kaitlyn and her kittens you can have first choice of any of the kittens or Kaitlyn. If you just want the experience of fostering we’ll find homes for the kittens and Kaitlyn. These loving felines are up here on the hill so please call Sue-Ellen Knapp with the Arrowhead Animal Protection League at 909-867-9999 if you’re interested in adopting or fostering. You provide the love we’ll provide the food and supplies. You can visit with dozens of dogs and cats at our next adoption show this Saturday at Petco (Citrus Plaza, in Redlands) between noon and 4 p.m. With over 4 million animals being destroyed in the shelter system each year, there’s no reason for your pets not to be altered. There is money available to any mountain animal for spay-neuter. Call us for details. Our mailing address is AAPL, P.O. 2223, Blue Jay, Ca. 92317.
