My name is Chelsey and I am a Border Collie mix, I am 18 months old and weigh about 55 pounds. I am very shy but have the sweet personality!! My mom was a stray who was dumped in the hills and then she had my sisters and I under a bunch of old cars out in the cold. Some humans found us and called BARC to come to the rescue so here we are!!! I'd like nothing more than to come home with you and have a good life my mom didn't deserve to be treated that way and neither do I. I LOVE to be held and pet and get along GREAT with ALL other dogs I'm just here waiting for someone to love me. My adoption fee is $175 which INCLUDES my spaying and vaccinations.
