Charlotte is a one year old maltese/schnauzer mix. She was found with her four puppies when they were three weeks old and all starving. The woman who found them bottle fed the babies and got Charlotte back to 100% before bringing them all to BARC. The babies have since all found their forever homes and Charlotte is still waiting. She could NOT be any sweeter! She is a quiet little girl who LOVES to be pet and loved. She is ALMOST 100% potty trained (thank for, foster Mom!) and is just a fantastic little girl! She weighs between 15-20 pounds and has the softest hair. SHer hair is very short now because of how knotted she was when found but will grow out wonderfully and beatifully!
