Penelope is a calm and sweet little baby!  She was born at the end of August 2014.  She was one of 13 puppies from an accidental litter.  Mom was a German Shepherd and her and her other 11 puppies were taken in by a German Shepherd rescue.  Penelope and her sister Pumpkin were the runts and needed to be bottle fed by a foster Mom.  They are thriving and oh so sweet!!
