How cute is little girl  Elsie who was found abandoned at a park crying her lil eyes out in the cold air then brought to BARC by a good Samaritan that couldn't t keep her.  We re thinking she is a Spaniel mix baby estimated dob 10/8/24 she is super  smart...loves people and other dogs...adores being held and giving kisses.
